in the last weekRosa Malacca is a small boutique hotel located in town, although it is a little distance from Jonker Street, so you will need a short drive to get there. Check in was fast and hassle free. However, the staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming during my stay, although this may have been because I arrived later in the evening. The room was average in terms of size and overall condition. It was clean enough and certainly not dirty, although the air conditioning could have been colder. On the positive side, the water pressure was good. Mobile data coverage and the hotel WiFi were both good, so connectivity was not an issue during the stay. Overall, Rosa Malacca is a decent boutique hotel for a short stay. If the price is right and you are not staying for too many days, I would still recommend Rosa Malacca.

a week agoThe facilities are adequate in an industrial style, which is fine, but the bathroom layout is inconvenient; opening the door blocks access to the sink. Breakfast could use more fruit; with all the variety available in the country, it falls short.

a week agoThe hotel is fantastic. The modern, industrial-style decor is striking. It's spotless. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are spacious and the food is good. The breakfast is quite good. Highly recommended!

a week agoSuch a lovely hotel with welcoming people and a restaurant with delicious dishes. The interior was inspiring and relaxing at the same time. It's not that close to the city center but you can walk or easily get a grab.
