in the last weekI stayed for three days and two nights at this hotel, and it's a very stylish place. The fountain in the lobby atrium is truly beautiful; it made a great first impression! Although the room's color scheme is somewhat subdued, it actually looks even more modern than in the photos, showing the hotel staff's dedication to maintenance. The small balcony in the room was relaxing and perfect for a vacation atmosphere. The location is definitely its biggest advantage. In this hot weather, most attractions are within walking distance, and you can easily return to your room to rest. The service was also excellent. The hotel staff were very friendly and almost always had a smile on their face, making me feel very comfortable. I also really appreciated that they could help me arrange boat tours directly at the front desk, saving me the trouble of walking across the river to catch one – a huge convenience. The main drawback was the poor soundproofing. Because the room is located near the road, even at 10 pm on weekend nights, I could still hear loud music from tuk-tuks and motorcycles whizzing by, which was very disruptive for people with small children. Also, the hairdryer is fixed to the bathroom wall, which is inconvenient for people with long hair. Overall, it's a very nice hotel!

a week agoWe stayed at the residence apartments (separate from hotel). The apartment was nice and large and quiet. Getting the wifi and air con to work took way more effort than it should. You must have WhatsApp to communicate with staff as there isn't a front desk. There's no soap by the bathroom vanity.
