in the last weekSame issue with the rest of the 1 star reviews, I am sure the hotel inside is "great" and "wonderful" but they will keep getting these low ratings because they can't even treat people, be it guest or not with basic respects. Looking through the past reviews, it's been years since the issue of them being a bus pick up drop off point been going on, I don't think there have been much improvement. I also don't think the reason they gave of security being valid either because if people have to walk to the inner part of the hotel to find a toilet, doesn't it make less secure for the guests?? This is my first time to Malacca, and if I were to visit again, I will not even consider Casa del Rio.
