in the last weekVery disappointing experience especially considering I paid almost RM600 for a one-night stay at Hilton. The soundproofing was extremely poor. Before 11.00 p.m., a wedding was being held directly below my floor and I could clearly hear people cheering and screaming from my room. After 11.00 p.m., I am not sure whether a giant Hulk was staying one floor above me or two floors above but the table and bedside table in my room were literally shaking until 2.30 a.m. as I am typing this. There was constant door slamming, heavy stomping, and the sound of furniture being moved. To make matters worse, the management was unable to identify the source of the disturbance or resolve the issue promptly despite being notified and made aware of such issue since 12 a.m. My suspicion was a party was held in that particular hotel room. No offers of changing room and no prompt assistance was given. Extremely disappointing of you, Hilton. Overall, it is a very poor experience and resulted in an equally poor night’s sleep.

in the last weekStayed 2 nights in july. Despite empty building sebab shopping mall at the building was shut down, the hotel service and room were well kept and maintained. Quite sad to see there’s no more shop opened except for small 7e, but location quite convenient in the middle of melaka town The room was spacious, got free cookie during checked in. Since i stayed during weekdays, so it’s not too packed with people
