in the last week[This is an edited post - Hilton Melaka branch manager, Encik Ansari reached out and rectified all the issues] Following my earlier post regarding the noise issue during my last stay, Encik Ansari kindly and graciously reached out to me and offered a complimentary stay at Hilton. He also arranged for my room to be upgraded to a Junior Suite. Unfortunately, I injured my ankle during my trip to Melaka. Throughout the incident, all the staff were prompt in assisting me and handled the situation professionally. They were well-equipped with the necessary medical supplies and the medical team was always ready to assist whenever needed. The staff showed great empathy, professionalism, and warmth throughout my stay which I truly appreciated. Their attentiveness and genuine care made a difficult situation much easier to manage. A heartfelt thank you to Encik Ansari and the entire Hilton Melaka team for taking the initiative to address my earlier concerns and for taking such good care of me during my stay. Truly appreciate it.

in the last weekStayed at Hilton Melaka with the children and arrived around 7pm. One concern was the parking area. The ramp leading down to the car park was quite dark, with limited lighting. From the parking area, we had to walk to the hotel lift through an area that appeared largely unused/abandoned, with an old mall area below. It felt quite isolated and uncomfortable, especially at night with children. Apart from the parking area, we really enjoyed our stay. The hospitality was excellent, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was great. Overall, a pleasant stay.
