in the last weekI recently stayed at Hatten Hotel Melaka and had a truly memorable experience. The room was beautifully designed, featuring a glass partition with roller blinds that cleverly separate the sleeping area from the TV and entrance area, offering both style and privacy. The bathroom was equally impressive, with elegant tiles and secure non-slip flooring. One small suggestion: it would be ideal if the hotel could provide a small plate at the basin to hold the soap they supply. Special mention must go to the hotel staff, who made our stay extra special: Alto Sky Lounge: Miss Amanda spent time sharing fascinating insights about Melaka’s food and culture while I waited for my guests. Mr. Fuad, the bartender, introduced us to the mock cocktail Bandung Panda Spriz, specially created for the 2026 Malaysia Tourism attraction. The drink was refreshingly delicious, reflecting his pride and sincere effort. Main Gate: Mr. Arifin went above and beyond in arranging transportation for my guests. He ensured everything ran smoothly and took joy in seeing my guests delighted when they found the iconic Beca waiting for them. He even assisted them onto the Beca and helped capture memorable photos. Beyond professional training, his warm, welcoming attitude clearly reflects local culture, pride, and genuine hospitality. Overall, Hatten Hotel Melaka combines elegant design, thoughtful amenities, and exceptional staff service. The team clearly takes pride in offering guests an authentic and memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Melaka.

in the last weekWe held a three-day, two-night seminar at this venue. Unfortunately, on the first day of the seminar, the air conditioning in the hall broke down and the room became extremely hot, almost like a sauna, for several hours. We tried to contact the person in charge (PIC) who had been handling our reservation and arrangements before the event, but he was unreachable and never showed up to assist. We were also not provided with any alternative contact person for the meeting room, which made it difficult for us to resolve the issue quickly. Overall, the experience felt quite unprofessional. It gave the impression that once the deal was secured, any issues that happened during the event were no longer his responsibility.

in the last weekHighly recommend! Great value for the price. The staff was proactive enough to give us adjoining rooms for our group without a request. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and the 'standard' room is much larger than expected, featuring a nice living area. Great food nearby within walking distance, too!
