3 weeks agoStayed again recently and as always with Majestic properties, the rooms are beautifully designed in that classic style. However, they do feel in need of a practical refresh. In Room 0903, the TV had a black mark across the bottom and only a handful of working channels (not a Smart TV, so not useful for English-speakers), and we experienced a blocked bath drain and shower leakage which required maintenance. It’s a shame, as at this price point you hope for smoother upkeep. The pool and gym facilities are excellent, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was tasty, but the organisation could be improved. A few items weren’t replenished promptly (milk, nuts, pastries), and service felt stretched during busy periods. With better coordination, it could easily match the quality of the food itself. Overall, a lovely stay with great potential - just in need of a more attention to detail and better room maintenance.

3 weeks agoI as a Diamond member wasn't acknowledged and appreciated. Zero perks and benefits. FYI the only reason im choosing this hotel is to enjoy the Hilton benefits. But unfortunately ZERO Hilton identity and hospitality for this hotel. This is going to be my last time visiting this hotel. Anyway check in experience wasnt pleasant due to they missed my msg and decided to cancel my room. The room was super average. Breakfast was Ok. Parking suck. Not recommended. Go spend your money to better place.

3 weeks agoIt was a fantastic hotel. The service and food were excellent. The view of the river flowing from our room was beautiful, and the room was spacious and very relaxing. The pool was also an infinity pool. It's a great place to bring children, so I highly recommend it.
