2 weeks agoMy stay experience in Rosa was quite disappointing. The hotel looks very nice in the photos, but unfortunately, the actual experience was not as pleasant as expected. There were stains on the bedsheets. The entire hotel has a rather dim lighting style, so unless you look closely, these things are not immediately noticeable. I booked a room with a king-size bed, but was given a room with two single beds pushed together to make a double bed instead. When we asked the staff about it, we were told that there were actually still plenty of vacant rooms that day, which made us wonder why we weren’t given a proper king-size bed as booked. The air conditioning in the room was another issue. We set it to the lowest temperature, 16°C, but the room was still not cold at all. It was so warm that we even woke up in the middle of the night because of the heat. My husband and I are both quite sensitive to the energy and atmosphere of a place. From the moment we entered the room, we both felt uncomfortable. I’m not saying that there was anything spiritual or supernatural in the room, but the overall energy and atmosphere just didn’t feel right to us.
