in the last weekVery old school traditional Chinese restaurant. The Grab dropped us off in an alley and it seems like there are 2 units, 1 with air conditioning and 1 without. We sat in the airconditioned one which looked small on the outside but it seems like they stretch pretty far back behind the kitchen. Staff who were old ladies spoke Cantonese and mandarin, some of the younger ones might be able to speak English. I spoke Cantonese so it wasn’t an issue. It seems like reservations are preferred; fortunately 4 of us walked in and they had 1 last table for us. Recommended dish would be the pipa duck, it’s different from the standard roast duck you get at the HK roast restaurants but still very good. We ordered the some meat and veggies and soup that also came with veggies. They have fried rice and horfun but you can also order white rice to go with the dishes. Overall, an excellent experience if you’re looking to try something other than in the malls.
