in the last weekHeard about this place and thought it’s just a hype till I came to try it myself. Happened to be in Cheras and there’s a branch. Fresh seafood displayed outside the shop, with AC inside which is such a saviour for hot weather lately. Ordered a fried fish head + seafood combo noodle. Wanted the thick noodle and due to communication issue, they gave me thin noodle. Opps, just found out in fact I ordered thick noodle…I wasn’t too satisfied but luckily the food was great and fresh. The broth is tasty, the fried fish head is crispy. The seafood combo ingredients just scrumptious. If it’s not too hungry, can share for 2 pax with a side dish ordered. I’ll go again to try with thick noodle and make sure they gave me the right one. It’s pricy for normal lunch/ dinner but worth to go and try. Parking is definitely challenging as there’s little street parking slot available and difficult for elderly with walking disability.

a week agoMy friend kept telling me to try the Yulek main branch, but after trying it, I still prefer the PJ branch. The milk broth at PJ is much better and it's something I actually miss after eating. The overall vibe at PJ is also more comfortable. The staff are super friendly and make you feel welcome, like you're chatting with friends instead of being served. Definitely my favorite branch!
