in the last weekHad a recent birthday party at DC, and this was my 2nd time visiting after 3 years. As mine was a large-ish party, it was quite a feat to get stuff pre-ordered. It was on best effort basis, which we hustled through last min 6hours before the actual dining slot. That was simply put, an atypical fine dining experience for me. Minus points. The starters and mains were ok, in fact the turbot was good, but the chicken fell short. Way short. It was overcooked. Maybe coincidental, but one of my guests, a close family member, fell ill and threw up several times during the night, after dinner. It wasn’t as pleasant this time around.

in the last weekWe had an exceptional meal at DC Restaurant. Each course was a delightful interplay of flavours and textures, coming together in a beautifully orchestrated experience. It is no surprise that the restaurant has earned a Michelin star. From the appetisers through to the mains and desserts, every dish impressed with its thoughtful balance and execution. I would happily recommend this place. I won’t spoil the experience by going into the details—best to discover it for yourself.
