Chef Fung was so humble and friendly, and we truly enjoyed hearing him share his story and passion behind the restaurant. No wonder this place is Michelin selected. Thank you for making our dining experience such a memorable one. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a special fine dining experience.

a month agoWent here for lunch and it was amazing!! Refined flavours with Asian and Western influences, very delicate tones, based on Malaysian local products, with some micro and moleculair twists. Cool chef, presented me: Smoked brioche with homemade butter, basil oil and chicken jerky floss. Black garlic fishbone cracker with Otak fish pâté and calamansi gel. Malaysian crispy rôti with 5 different flavours. Perfectly cooked sea grouper, in crispy tofu sheets, basil pâté, homemade ramen, creamy bisque, garnished with micro herbs and crispy rice grains. Pandan oil on chengdu flan, coconut icecream with caramel soya dressing with chocolate branch and crumble Menu for 118 rm.. Very sophisticated lunch!!!
