in the last weekThe food was good and we enjoyed our meal. However, the service could be improved. From the moment we walked in, the front boy staff didn't greet us and simply asked if we had a booking. One of the upstairs senior staff, an older lady, also seemed to be in a bad mood, which wasn't the most welcoming way to start the morning. Thankfully, another staff member, name Sumei, was very attentive, friendly, and provided excellent service throughout our visit. She really made a positive difference to our dining experience. Overall, the food is worth trying, but I hope the management can provide more customer service training to ensure every guest receives a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive.

a week agoThe tea was fragrant, and the dim sum was exquisitely presented, a delightful surprise. I especially loved the lotus leaf rice and the lotus-scented dishes. Unfortunately, the overall flavors were a bit strong, with the stuffed crab shell lacking in crab flavor. However, the restaurant's ambiance and service were top-notch. They accept WhatsApp reservations and respond quickly, which is very convenient for travelers.
