a week agoHonestly, the food was pretty mediocre and way too salty for me and my family. With the long queue and wait, I was expecting something really unique or impressive, but it was nothing special in the end. Tasted like any other zi char store to me, so I don’t really get the hype or the long wait.

a week agoFirst time here, introduced by collegue, it's Michelin recommended for straight 3years. Luckily we made reservation prior, no need to wait, there was a really long queue waiting there. The service is good, they recommend the food patiently. Food was serve fast, despite crowded restaurant. The food is good, but we're from Ipoh, so ... we think is above average for Penang food but no where near Ipoh food LOL I guess the food was made suited for tourist from in and out of Malaysia, even the one labelled spicy was just mild. Overall is good.
