a week agoOnline booking information indicates the store is open until 1 AM. I called twice to make a reservation, but no one answered. When I arrived at 10:20 PM, I was told the kitchen was closed. There are only 17 parking spaces, shared by two shops. There was a foreign employee on site, but he was completely incapable of managing the parking. He kept letting cars in, but the alley was too narrow, making it impossible to back out. All the cars were stuck in a chaotic mess, unable to move forward or backward.

a week agoReally enjoyed Lucky Hole! Good fusion food with interesting flavours, plus a nice chill atmosphere that makes it a great place to hang out and relax. Good food, good vibes and definitely worth checking out. Highly recommended!

a week agoIt will be my 1st & the last visit to this restaurant, right from the booking till to tonight dinner it was horrendous, upon arriving with no bookings claim by them, I had the WhatsApp bookings confirmation replied by them, upon showing them thy insisted no booking, they claim it was handle by a 3rd party, is it the customer mistake?? Next upon getting the table, waited almost 30mins for them to notice the without any orders taken nor serve us water, terrible service, terrible attitude & floor manager wasn't remorseful at all, you should not be in the service sector more over in a f&b outlet, such bad service, would recommend it at all

2 weeks agoI was looking forward to coming to lucky hole for their famous banana cake. I tried making a reservation via WhatsApp, but nobody answered my text. In their description, they say it closes at 12am and walk-ins are available. Since I had not heard back, I decided to walk in with my friend at 10pm sharp. When we arrived, they said they are closing. I mentioned that nobody answered my texts, as well as calls since Friday morning. In my opinion, if you are “reservations based” at least state that clearly and do not suggest walk-ins. Also, if your opening hours end at 12am, do not close at 10pm. A bit misleading no? Their excuse for not responding, “we never got passed on the message from the third party that handles it.” For a two-time Michelin star restaurant, your system is just about abysmal. This was a disappointing experience to say the least. Do better.

2 weeks agoWe arrived on a Sunday, so it wasn't crowded and the atmosphere was a bit subdued. The food was delicious but very expensive, a little overpriced. I made a reservation for my girlfriend's birthday, but the restaurant didn't provide a birthday cake for our table (the table next to us did), which slightly disappointed me. The staff were young, stylish, mostly Gen Z, and the food portions were large. The drinks were a bit too sweet; the mocktails and cocktails were all very sweet.
