in the last weekFrom the starters to the desserts, everything was exceptional. The dinner I had here was truly an experience. Each dish felt thoughtfully constructed with layers that unfolded as you ate and I’m genuinely in awe of the people behind this menu. We ordered the chicken and in all my years of being alive, I’ve never had chicken that was so tender and unbelievably juicy. The desserts were so decadent and flavourful that we ended up ordering more. If you ever get the chance to visit this restaurant, please do. Even if they tell you they’re fully booked, just go. My only criticism (which I’ve already shared with the staff) was the pasta. The sauce was a little too watery, so it didn’t cling to the pasta the way I’d hoped. It was the one dish that didn’t quite land for me. Other than that, these people really know what they’re doing when it comes to food!!! If you have the opportunity to dine here, take it. This is the kind of restaurant that reminds you how memorable great food can be.
