in the last weekHad one of the best meals here at Bulldog Malacca. Every dish we ordered was packed with flavour and felt really authentic. The chicken pongteh was rich and comforting, with tender meat and a deep, savoury sauce that paired perfectly with rice. The sambal sotong had just the right balance of spice and sweetness, and the squid was cooked perfectly—not rubbery at all. The fried brinjal was a standout too, crispy on the outside and soft inside, soaking up all the delicious flavours. The cincalok omelette was fragrant and unique, definitely a must-try if you want something local. We ended the meal with cendol, which was refreshing and not overly sweet—just what we needed in the Malacca heat. Service was impeccable from start to finish. From the booking process to the attentive and friendly service at the restaurant, everything felt smooth and well taken care of. Overall, a really satisfying meal with great variety and flavours. Would definitely come back again.

a week agoOrdered chicken wings, fried brinjal, fried kangkung, tofu salsa, pai tee and of course the legendary cendol. Cendol didnt disappoint us at all, best i ever had so far. Other dishes were good too. Im kinda regret, should hav try their pong teh instead of brinjal. Service was good too, helped us refill the water very frequent haha. Anyway 5 stars! Will definitely come back again if i visit melaka.

a week agoWe really like the food and service here. We had the price fix: Pai Tee, Pongteh Chicken, Udang Lemak Nenas, Kangkung with Galic. Great taste. We are planning on going back before leaving Melaka!! Update. We went back again and this time had the price fix menu but had the Beef Lada Garam, Ikan Gerang Asam. It was very good and yummy!! Thank you Cordelia for helping to explaining some of the ingredients that were used.
