Treasures Hotel and Suites is a welcoming boutique hotel tucked into the heart of Melaka City, where thoughtful service and modern touches make it an ideal base for exploring the historic center. Guests regularly highlight the warm, personal attention from the team — names like Jesmine, Mrs. Tan, Vijay at the breakfast counter, and Celine at the front desk come up again and again for their helpful, friendly service — and many cite the staff’s professionalism as a reason they’ll return. Trusted by over 300 guests, the hotel blends a cozy, decorative style with practical comforts that families and couples appreciate.
The rooms feel freshly renovated with a focus on comfort and cleanliness: expect clean, comfortable rooms with very comfortable beds, excellent soundproofing, and spacious bathrooms fitted with both a shower and a bathtub. When issues arise, the front desk is proactive — one guest was moved and upgraded promptly after a hot water problem — which speaks to the property’s attentive management and genuine desire to make stays easy and enjoyable. Small details like tidy décor, well-maintained finishes, and thoughtful in-room amenities reinforce the boutique experience without feeling fussy.
Location is a major draw: you’re just about a 10-minute walk to Jonker Street, putting cafés, heritage sites, and evening markets within easy reach. Breakfast service is handled with a smile, and the helpful staff at the breakfast counter ensure a relaxed start to the day. Whether you’re visiting for a short city break or a longer stay, the hotel’s combination of friendly front-of-house teams, quiet rooms, and convenient access to Melaka’s key attractions creates a comfortable, stress-free base for exploring the city.

a month agoOverall this is a good option if you are just doing an overnight stop-over like I was, but you should not be expecting a four star experience. The room was generally fine but felt a bit tired, especially the bedspread. Staff was friendly but many of them seemed strangely flustered upon any typical hotel interaction / request. When I arrived early and wanted to store my luggage until check-in time, they seemed somewhat bewildered by that request. The location is good, with a convenient walk to the main square. Not a whole lot immediately surrounding it, but it's a small city so things are fairly close. Primary reason for the mediocre rating is that despite the middling experience, the daily price for a standard room was quite high by Malaysian standards and really not justified in my opinion.

a month agoMAY 2026. Location: a slow stroll to jonker street will probably take around 10 to 15 minutes. Diagonally cross the street to thr famous bunga raya police new stall and the siham street food. Behind has a big food court. There are 2 complimentary parking facilities, indoor and outdoor that belongs to the hotel. Both also access via the back of the hotel. The lobby and dining area was quite nicely designed. The rooms design are a bit messy. I felt that it was too unplanned for the room designs. The room that I stayed was numbered 211. Generally the room is clean but it is not well planned. The biggest complain that I have is the toilet. It has totally no hangers for towels. The only place you can hang a single towel is the shower door handle. The bedroom and toilet are separated by a super heavy (almost uncloseable) or spoil high friction glass sliding door. They can just put a standing towel rack. The breakfast is simple nothing fancy. The pool is quite big for a shoplot hotel like this.

a month agoThe hotel itself and the rooms had a nice atmosphere; it was cozy and exactly the type of hotel I like. However, the Wi-Fi was too unstable (frequently cutting out), so I couldn't get much work done. Also, the air conditioner was broken, and despite asking the front desk, nothing could be done. Because the hotel was fully booked, no alternative solutions were offered, which unfortunately lowered my rating. (I spent the night with just the fan.) The hotel has high potential, and the staff are friendly, so I hope they will work hard to improve their facilities.

2 months agoA pleasant little hotel with character, quiet and close to the city center. The breakfast time is a bit inconvenient as it starts at 8:00 AM. The food could be better; the taste is mediocre, and there are mistakes like undercooked chicken. The television doesn't have news channels like the BBC or France 24.
