in the last weekWe caught a Grab from our Malacca Majestic hotel down to Jonker Street to explore around Dutch Square, which is also known as the "Red Square" due to its striking crimson-red colonial buildings. It features historic Dutch architecture (e.g. Christ Church & the Stadthuys), Queen Victoria's Fountain, is known for its bustling atmosphere, colorful music-blaring trishaws and is a major tourist hub. Our Grab could only drop us off at the head of Jonker Street next to the Hard Rock Cafe due to the weekend traffic restrictions around Chinatown, so we went for some drinks and used their toilets before exploring Dutch Square. My wife took loads of pics of the different characters themed tricycle waiting for passengers in the square for Spencer: Frozen, Minnions, K-Pop Demon Hunters, Spiderman & lots of Barbies.
