in the last weekMy company conducted our national sales meeting here earlier from 7th-9th May, and unfortunately I was unable to stay in. However I'm here to give a big shout out to the front of house team. I was unable to catch their names but they were incredibly helpful in getting me to the meeting hall as I was about to do my prsentation. I was physically immobile as I was walking into the hotel with my crutches (fractured on the left foot). I was dismayed to see the ramp at a high angle, hence making it difficult for me to crutch up the stairs leading to the lifts. Their staffs were very prompt, supporting me and also ushering us to the lifts. Whoever you are, you are doing a great job and indeed defined the meaning of hospitality. Thank you. I will definitely keep Dusit in mind during my next visit to Melaka.

Even after we have checkied out from the hotel, the concierge En Nazrul was especially helpful in handling and keeping our luggage while we went out for lunch. Upon our return and while waiting for our transfer to the station, he also took extra care to handle our luggage and helped us to board the car. A 5-star concierge service true of a 5-star hotel!
