in the last weekI enjoyed a lot my stay in Liu Men Melaka hotel. First what struck me the most was the kindness of all the staff, from the warm welcoming to the hospitality during all my stay. It goes beyond my expectations, actually. It’s a four-star hotel, but service is closed to palace. Moreover, the tasteful décor, featuring the Melaka Peranakan style of the 1920s-30s, lends an immense charm and character to the hotel. Stepping into the hotel feels like entering a bubble from another time, a place of peace and tranquility. Besides, the location of the hotel is closed to the main attractions by foot. Therefore, from my point of view Liu Men Melaka is the best choice to stay in Melaka.

in the last weekWe had a wonderful three-day, two-night stay at Liu Men Hotel Melaka with our family, and it was truly a memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the hotel’s elegant and distinctive design. Throughout our stay, all the staff were warm, friendly and genuinely welcoming, which made us feel very comfortable and well looked after. A special mention goes to Nasir, whom we met on the day of our check-out. After learning that we were planning to visit Mamee Jonker House that day, he thoughtfully kept our room key card for us so that we could still enjoy the shopping discount at Mamee. It was such a considerate gesture and a wonderful example of the attention to detail that makes a stay truly special. While we were waiting for our private car after checking out, Nasir also kindly offered us cold towels, which were incredibly refreshing in Melaka’s warm weather. It was a small gesture, but one that made us feel especially cared for. We had also accidentally left a bottle of facial cleanser in our room. The staff kindly helped us locate it, and we were delighted to receive a beautifully woven little pouch as a keepsake as well. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected touch. Thank you to the entire team at Liu Men Hotel Melaka for your genuine hospitality, warmth and attention to detail. These thoughtful touches made our family stay feel much more personal and memorable.
