I had wonderful 3 night stay with my hubby and my son . They refreshed my room on time . I will sure come again with my family to this hotel. in the last weekHad a wonderful stay at Casa which is strategically located near Jonker Street and the various heritage places. Special thanks to Faqul and Nitish who are so warm and helpful in bookings restaurant, cab, river cruise and trishaw ride for us. Thanks to the security guard who helped us with our luggages upon our arrival. Our deluxe river view room is spacious and comfortable. Great night river view from the balcony. The team's attentiveness and warm hospitality made our stay memorable. Will definitely come back again.

a week agoWe have stayed at the Casa over the years whenever we visit Melaka. It’s such a wonderful home away from home, and I feel so relaxed when I stayed at the Casa. The recent trip last weekend was however almost affected by the initial room we were given, due to an issue with the shower. I want to thank Mr. Nabil who took great effort to check on the issue and resolved it very quickly. I know issues will pop up anywhere you go to - the mark of a good place is how they respond to it, and I think the Casa should be proud of having Mr. Nabil in its roster of top notch employees. Thank you kindly for making our trip a good one.
