in the last weekYue She Hotel is an affordable hotel in Malacca run by Chinese. It is about a 15-minute walk from Jonker Street Night Market and the Malacca River. It features an outdoor swimming pool, terrace and garden. The overall environment is quiet and suitable for a relaxing vacation.

a month agoI stayed on February 20th. The hotel hosted an extremely loud wedding banquet, with singing and shouting continuing past 11 PM. It was impossible to sleep. Despite complaining to the front desk, they did absolutely nothing. While I'm happy for the newlyweds, the hotel shouldn't accept regular guests if they can't provide a quiet environment. If you're hosting a party, it should be a private buyout. They completely ignored guests' rights. (Note: The second part of the original text is a repetition of the first two sentences.)

a month agoDespite being marketed as a 4-star property, the overall experience felt closer to a 2–3 star standard, particularly in terms of service. There was no assistance offered with luggage upon arrival, no welcome drink, no person to open door etc which set a modest first impression. The room itself was clean and reasonably comfortable. However, the transparent glass partition and blinds separating the bathroom and bedroom can be inconvenient, especially for guests seeking more privacy. Breakfast options were limited, though the highlight was the chef — the hot dishes were genuinely delicious and well-prepared. Location-wise, the hotel sits adjacent to the Little India archway in Malacca, though it directly faces an abandoned building, which slightly detracts from the surroundings. Rooms were definitely not soundproof as you can hear the nearby night events. Overall, a decent stay, but service and amenities do not quite align with its 4-star positionin
