in the last weekOverall, I had a satisfying stay at Birkin International Hotel. It is clear that the owner put a significant amount of effort into the furnishings and interior design. A personal highlight was the kids' playroom, which is a fantastic addition for families and kept the children well-entertained. However, the location is a bit of a drawback as it is quite a distance from the city center. More concerning was an encounter at the hotel’s main gate, where a large group of about 40 motorcyclists were revving their engines. It was an intimidating experience that felt a bit unsafe. As a suggestion for improvement, it would be great if the hotel could engage Polis Bantuan (auxiliary police) or coordinate with the local police for more frequent patrols (ronda) in the area to ensure guests feel secure at all times.

in the last weekHad a really nice birthday staycation here for the 2nd time. Room memang spacious, selesa and the seaview was so cantik! Love sangat sepanjang stay kat sini. Special thanks juga to Betty from Birkin Care and Athirah from Guest Service for their superb and professional service. Both sangat friendly, helpful and making our stay lagi smooth and pleasant ❤️ Paling best hotel ni just a walking distance je to funfair klebang 🤩 Honestly love all the services and facilities provided. Definitely would come again for another staycation!

in the last weekRoom was smelly and balcony full of rubbish and floor was sticky as hell. Tissue is not replace to a new one which i only get to use 2 pieces and the shampoo and body wash also is not refill in the toilet. Call housekeeping and it takes forever for them to even pickup the call. Curtain got stain and table is full of coffee stain. the only good things here is the receptionist. *Although they send 1 worker to clean the rubbish at balcony but damage has been done. You will never get back my trust to come again to this shitty place. Others experience are full of nonsense and crap. Its like their housekeeping team are some kind of jokes and not doing anything to keep the cleanliness. Paid for 5 star price but got this kind of experience is such a waste of money. Hope the management can take full responsibility and improvise on their so call “luxury hotel” or else i wish a good luck for the hotel to sustain in the upcoming challenging years. What i got is just a simply sorry at the exit when i wanted to checkout. If and only if i could get back a refund on this bad experience surely i could be more happy but i know it is impossible. I wish i could have use that money to a better hotel with better hospitality. Ruin my holiday very bad.
