in the last weekLast night at Blanc - Macalister Mansion was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel incredibly well taken care of. The level of attentiveness, warmth and professionalism was just on another level. A special mention to Chef Eric, who personally came out to speak with us after the meal, such a thoughtful and genuine touch that elevated the entire experience. He even invited us to return for breakfast or lunch and gave us a taste of their kaya toast. Honestly, we thought it would be something simple.. but it turned out to be absolutely extraordinary. The butter, the texture, the balance — definitely next level. Safe to say, we will definitely be back for that. Cheah Cheah, Emi and Max were equally impressive. They explained every dish beautifully, making sure we truly understood and appreciated what we were having. Their service was seamless, attentive without being intrusive and genuinely heartfelt. As for the food — wow, just WOW..! Every dish was thoughtfully crafted, beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. A true fine dining experience that hits all the right notes: taste, presentation and service — all A+. It is no surprise that Blanc has been recognised as a Michelin Selected restaurant for both 2025 and 2026. We will most definitely return.
