One thing that really stood out to me is that they still take orders in person instead of relying on QR codes. It may seem like a small detail, but it creates real human connection. In a world where everything is becoming more digital, it’s refreshing to have genuine conversations and be greeted with a smile❤️ The food, coffee and especially the cakes are absolutely incredible! Their cakes are honestly the best I’ve ever had! I had Kaffe 16’s cakes on my ROM day two years ago, and coming back today brought back so many beautiful memories! What touched me even more was seeing how they treat every customer with the same patience and genuine smile. You can really feel the kindness and passion they put into what they do. Great food, great coffee, great vibes and a wonderful place to relax. Highly recommended👍👍👍

a month agoHad the great experience and great service that are more excellent than a 5 star hotel from a staff named EMIRUL..he even gave us a free welcoming cake that was so delicious. with this kind of services that he provided in this cafe will make us come back for more. great job 👍
