in the last weekVry bad experience. Collecting 40rm for express lane but longer waiting time. 2 hours waiting time. No enough seats. Once queues started, no cooling along the waiting bay and no benches or chairs to sit. Worst experience.

in the last weekWorst experience. I bought my ticket at 11:00 AM, but the train's estimated arrival time was 1:49 PM. During this long waiting period, there was no proper seating arrangement. There wasn't even drinking water available. The prices of food and other items were very high. It would be especially difficult for families with small children. Families traveling with babies under 1 year old would face a lot of problems and inconvenience. Although there were fans and coolers, there was hardly any airflow. Overall, it was a very disappointing and unpleasant experience. Families traveling with children below 1 year of age would face a lot of difficulties and inconvenience."
