in the last weekVery bad service here. First impression during check-in was also terrible. Only got to check in at 5pm. We are 3 families, we had requested in advance that all rooms be on the same level. But in the end the receptionist may have given the wrong room to another customer. He said "there was a customer who mentioned your name earlier, so I have given the room to that customer". Is that the right answer? We have been waiting for a long time at the lobby lounge, you can give that answer. In the end we had to wait for another room to be ready, and we had to separate levels. Very unprofessional handling for a 4-star hotel. Room, swimming pool, breakfast, all have many shortcomings. Please fix it. Very not recommended for the price of RM400+ per night. Not recommended. Not worth it.

in the last weekUnfortunately, our stay was below expectations. The room was not clean and didn’t match the price paid. There was no dine-in service available, and the lift was very slow. Overall, the place felt poorly managed. Hope the management will improve these areas.
