2 weeks agoThis is the forth time visiting malacca and liu men hotel makes my entire stay so happy! I would say it’s the best heritage hotel or premium hotel in malacca. Location is definitely a plus plus with just jonker street right at the door step. Street food is just few steps away from hotel. Service is another thing to compliment as they reply my emails and WhatsApp extremely promptly which is very impressed. Front desk is so friendly and approachable. Room wise is a decent size and well maintained considering it’s a heritage culture hotel. Very nice renovation indeed. Toiletries are quality kind and complimentary snacks makes the booking even more worth it. Beddings is good and bed mattress/pillows are comfy enough. In short, all the items used are premium. Come with free tea or coffee upon check in, redeem them at the courtyard. Welcome drink and towels are served once you stepped into the hotel. No worries for the parking as it has reserved parking right behind the hotel which you can access thru hotel back door. Finally, I can’t find any con for Liu men so far as compared to the rest of the hotels I have stayed in malacca. I thought they were good but Liu men is the best. Price is on the higher range but my pov definitely worth it.
