in the last weekThe city view on the 18th floor was good. The windows were clean. The room is spacious and the bed was comfy. We thought we could get a view of the sea. Unfortunately, the hotel is blocked by a really tall apartment.

in the last weekI would like to share good experience which I had with this hotel, where we have organised a 3-day event with 35 people. Participants of our event were very satisfied with the level of services provided in the hotel, so did I, the room was nice and comfortable with good view to Melaka city. However, my main impression lies with the hotel staff support during the event. Especially, I would like to thank Ms. Hanisa Fitri, who was in touch with me starting from the booking process until the end. Her team was always nearby, she was very polite and responsive, always ready to help. If we had small requests during the event, they were resolved in minutes. The coffee break and lunch meals were also highly rated by our participants, and I really thank the hotel for this level of services provided. If you plan the event in Melaka, consider the DoubleTree and don’t doubt, everything will run smoothly.

in the last weekStayed for 4nts from 30th Oct. Checking in was very smooth n the staffs here are very friendly, courteous n helpful . Special mention should go to Mr ramesh their FB manager for making our stay here excellent. Bfast is excellent with great spread. Tried their Italian restaurant n I must say it was extremely good n prices are reasonable. Overall my stay was very satisfying n excellent room. Will be back. Tq. Dato Radha
