2 weeks agoVisited Bica & Co Courtyard Cafe with a group of 10 people and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The food took a very long time to arrive, and what made it worse was that the dishes were served at completely different times. Some of us had finished most of our meals before others even received theirs. For a 10-pax group, it doesn’t make sense to stagger the food this way as it ruins the dining experience. The pizza did not taste freshly made and the quality did not match the price point. Drinks were also mediocre and overpriced for what was served. Overall, the experience has been absolutely horrible and would not recommend anyone to come

2 weeks agoDear Management, I would like to express my disappointment regarding our recent iftar experience at your restaurant, which we have consistently visited since moving to Melaka in 2024. As reflected in our previous visits, we truly fell in love with your signature dulang set and the overall food quality, which is why we continued returning and recommending your restaurant to friends and family. Unfortunately, our experience this evening was deeply disappointing. None of the dishes met the standard we had come to expect. The lamb was dry, the so-called Nyonya laksa did not reflect authentic Nyonya flavours, and we were particularly shocked to find instant noodle asam laksa being served especially from a sensitive brand for Ramadan, MAGGI. This was very surprising for a restaurant associated with Michelin recognition. Overall, I would rate the food 1 out of 10, with the only acceptable items being the nasi minyak and daging kurma, which were of standard quality. In addition to the food, the table management was also unprofessional. Upon arrival, we were moved from inside to outside and then back inside again. There was an argument between staff regarding table placement directly in front of us, and we overheard that our table had been moved. There was no reservation tag placed on our table, which added to the confusion and inconvenience. This was, frankly, disappointing for a Michelin-recognised establishment. We are sharing this feedback not out of malice, but as regular customers who genuinely care about this restaurant and do not wish to see the quality decline. a month agoThe service is so good.. especially the guy who wear spec (shamee) very respectful and friendly..also other waitresses very respectful..food taste very delicious..
