a week agoPork- and alcohol-free, and the staff mentioned that all their ingredients are sourced from halal-certified suppliers. (Lupa nak snap food pic) The food was delicious, but personally I don’t find it very Muslim-friendly because the café is pet-friendly. There were quite a few guests who brought their dogs, and some of them were seated on the chairs. It would be great if the owner could consider separating the seating area for guests with pets and guests without pets, so everyone can dine more comfortably.

2 weeks agoHad a pretty disappointing experience here, and honestly, if it weren’t for the waffle, this would easily be a 2-star review. Across the board, the savory food felt subpar and lacked depth—missing that crucial "middle of the tongue" flavor. The Food Chicken Katsu / Tori Katsu Rice: The chicken katsu was pounded with a mallet to absolute oblivion, leaving it completely flattened. The curry (kari) was incredibly mediocre, and the side salad was just drizzled with standard Kewpie sesame mayo. Mori Signature Tendon: Very bland. It desperately needed more shoyu sauce to give it some life. Mori Cold Ramen: A letdown—it was literally just cold noodles with sesame sauce. Salmon Chazuke: Decent. One of the few savory items that was actually okay. Desserts (The Saving Grace): The waffle with ice cream was great and easily the highlight of the meal. The bingsu was just okay. Service The service didn't help turn things around. The staff felt very clunky, clumsy, and uncoordinated throughout our visit. Verdict: Unless you are stopping by strictly for a waffle and ice cream, the savory menu and service leave a lot to be desired.
