Had a really great time with the whole family. The wife was happy to watch some of our stuff near the small wave pool while the kids and I hit the rides. It was a great time for us to go as there were not very big crowds meaning it did not take very long to get on the rides other than climbing all the steps to get up to them. Highly recommended for all the family from young kids to young adults. The big wave pool with 5m high waves every 1 minute from 4.30pm was a highlight too. Make sure you get to the front.

Sunway Lagoon Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, has provided excellent service so far. When we arrived at the hotel, we went straight to the seating area to confirm our details. The process was very fast, and the lady who assisted us was kind, polite, and professional. She even gave us a high-floor room with the best views. I was surprised by how clean the hotel was—especially the toilets, which were spotless, and the entire room, which had no dust at all. The swimming pool was also very well maintained. The staff did their jobs properly, and I truly salute the management for ensuring that all workers perform their duties professionally. The hotel is conveniently connected to a mall, and just across from it, you can find local food, making transportation unnecessary. However, the hotel does offer a free shuttle bus to explore Kuala Lumpur, though we didn’t use it since everything we needed was already nearby. My child had a great time, and I especially appreciated the cleanliness and professionalism of the staff. Another great feature is that the smoking area is a bit far from the main hotel, so there was no cigarette smell in the entire area. Overall, I am very happy with our quick vacation. We will definitely return, as this hotel is worth both the money and time. Highly recommended!

Each park was truly fun. There are a lot of activities for you to do despite age. There are many water activities. So, it's wise you wear your swimwear and roam around. There are lockers in every park as I remember and you can rent a locker to keep your belongings safe. I went on weekend so there were too many people and had to wait in lines for a considerable amount of time. But enter the place when it opens and you can enjoy every activity. Overall really fun day! Recommended!

A family fun water park having a big wave pool, water rides and an area train to reach various fun areas of this big park. Apart from the water park, Sunway Lagoon has various other attraction parks like a small zoo, Scream room a 5 D theatre and many other attractions. You get an entrance band to go to all activities. Once you reach the park you need to go down with multiple level escalator. There are many changing areas separate for both men and women with showers and different size lookers to store your belongings and clothes. Overall it was a family fun for the whole day.
