a week agoIt's known as KL Tower among the tourists and one of the must visit place in KL. There are 3 options that you get 1.If you want a view from lower deck and are afraid of heights, then go tower walk, 100 m. 2. If you want a much higher view but do not want to go at the top, then take an observation deck. 3. If you want to see the beauty of the entire city, then for the sky deck for RM 110.If you want to see the city underneath your foot on a glass box then go for sky box.RM 10 per adult (buy separately once you reach the top), but limited to 45 seconds per person only.In the sky box you can opt for photography at an additional cost. Would recommend to buy tickets in advance if you are planning to visit late evening once it gets dark as there would be a long queue.Since we reached their 5:30 pm it was less crowded and we headed directly to the sky deck via their lift in just 15 minutes. The beauty of the city in evening view and night view is quite different. We enjoyed both the views. Time required : 1 to 2 hours. Good for taking pictures. Free drinking water and toilets are available.

2 weeks agoConsider buying tickets or reserve in advance. Most staffs are friendly and helpful. A bit pricey unless you can get tickets at discount rate would be more worth it. Public parking is a problem even in the weekdays. TH01 Observation Deck is a bit small and crowded but its nostalgic floor. TH04 Observation Deck is new, roomy and comfortable but a bit empty as of 15 Nov 2024 TH05 Sky Deck has a great view

3 weeks agoIt's actually better known as KL tower for visitors. It comes with cost but worth it. You get 3 categories for tickets and skyboxes are special attractions for the tower specially box 1. You might find the queue and token system for your turn to click pictures. Check weather predictions too before booking, they close it if it's raining but you can enjoy other parts of the tower. There is an Indian restaurant too if you are looking for yummy food as well as other options available. You can enjoy the musical event there in the evening.

4 months agoThe KL tower has amazing views right across Kuala Lumpur. However visiting the revolving restaurant gives a much better experience. Mainly because you can sit and take in the sights over an extended period as the restaurant slowly changes the view as you watch. I would certainly recommend the restaurant for the view. The selection of food on the buffet was also extensive and quite good quality. There is no alcohol however, so as a tourist, you cannot have wine or beer with your meal. If you are staying in KL, I would definitely recommend having lunch here one day.

4 months agoA visit to the KL Tower, the world’s 7th tallest tower, is a must for anyone in the city. The experience is quite impressive, with various packages available depending on the floor you choose to visit. I went to the Sky Deck, which featured two transparent glass panels on opposite sides. Booking ahead is advisable, although getting your reservation at the ticket stand wasn’t too stressful. However, the line for pictures at the glass panels was quite long, and you only have about 40 seconds each to take your photos. Visiting with someone can help you get better pictures, as it’s easier to capture the moment together. Overall, it was a fantastic way to see Kuala Lumpur from above.
