The decor strikes a perfect balance between chic and homely, creating a space that’s both stylish and comforting. The café has this unique ability to make you feel like you’re in a trendy urban spot and a cozy countryside retreat all at once.

The walls adorned with subtle art pieces, the gentle hum of conversations, and the soft background music set a relaxing tone. It’s clear that every element here is thoughtfully curated to enhance your dining experience. The Menu: A Melting Pot of Flavors

Now, let’s talk about the star of the show – the menu. Arest Cafe offers a culinary kaleidoscope that tantalizes your taste buds. Their menu is an eclectic mix of local flavors and international dishes, each with a unique twist.

The Honey Berry Oolong, for instance, was a refreshing revelation. The blend of honey and berry flavors with the robustness of oolong tea was a perfect pick-me-up. And the Earl Grey Yellow Peach cake? A symphony of flavors in every bite. The moist sponge cake infused with the subtle flavor of Earl Grey, layered with sweet peaches and cream, was a dessert lover’s dream.

But wait, there’s more! Their Salmon Mentai Pizza was a game-changer. Imagine a thin, crispy crust topped with creamy mentai sauce, smoky salmon, and just the right amount of cheese – pure bliss! And for those who love a bit of a crunch, the Truffle Fries, though lacking truffle oil, still hit the spot with their crispy goodness and flavorful sauce.

The prices were surprisingly reasonable, especially considering the quality and portion sizes. It’s clear that Arest Cafe is all about offering value for money, a rare find in today’s cafe culture.

This is our second time coming here with our family and friends, and they love it. Not only is the service attentive and hospitable, the food and coffee are quality too. We had the salmon mentai pizza, chicken rendang, fish and chips, and mala ramen. The thin pizzas crusts were well baked and complimented the other ingredients well. The salmon mentai pizza was not overwhelming and the chicken rendang was a delightful fusion of East and West. The fish was fresh and the batter gave good crunch. My brother-in-law from Sydney said it was better than most he has tried there. Last but not least, the coffee has a distinct charcoal smoky fragrance, light body and low acidity. It is a good brew for both hot and cold coffee having tried both.

Summary: We want to come back again! Delicious, unique menu - good service - relaxing and trendy atmosphere. I came here with my parents and auntie after we changed dinner plans. Admittedly this is more of a cafe aimed towards young people than a restaurant, but they have a great menu and everything we ordered was top notch. A kind staff member bore with us while we asked questions for a specific dietary requirement. The decor and ambience is well thought through, with a trendy, relaxed, and youthful vibe. The green plants+industrial aesthetic is a nice combo. A nice place to hang out with friends, maybe even a date. The ice chocolate was really tasty - less on the sweet side, but the chocolate taste came through. I got the mentaiko salmon pizza because it sounded really unique, and it was delicious! I’ve not had a pizza like that before. The pizza menu in general sounds really interesting, and everyone seemed to really enjoy what they ate. My dad is a coffee snob and found the espresso very good, which is a high compliment. My mom found the rendang chicken really flavourful and tender, with good rice. For a random place we chose on a Sunday night, it really blew us away :) 100% recommend!

Nice ambience and interesting drinks on menu (we only tried berry tea which was good). Mains were alright (wings, mala chicken). Strawberry fine cake dessert was kinda gimmicky (tbh not exactly ig-special to warrant it) - similar taste to a Four Leaves strawberry shortcake but sweeter. Plenty of parking available outside. Rm 100 for 2 mains + 1 side + 1 dessert + 1 drink => decently priced. Overall decent to visit

This place serves nice drinks and nice desserts. Indeed a nice place to rest and enjoy a cup of coffee. Ordered a some drinks and truffle fries and some cakes, strawberry cake is very nice! The ambience is great too, cozy and well ventilated. If you are in to latte, definitely try their ‘Nothing’ latte, its creamy foamy and very nice. I believe their other signature drinks is nice too, I will definitely return again.
