The decor strikes a perfect balance between chic and homely, creating a space that’s both stylish and comforting. The café has this unique ability to make you feel like you’re in a trendy urban spot and a cozy countryside retreat all at once.

The walls adorned with subtle art pieces, the gentle hum of conversations, and the soft background music set a relaxing tone. It’s clear that every element here is thoughtfully curated to enhance your dining experience. The Menu: A Melting Pot of Flavors

Now, let’s talk about the star of the show – the menu. Arest Cafe offers a culinary kaleidoscope that tantalizes your taste buds. Their menu is an eclectic mix of local flavors and international dishes, each with a unique twist.

The Honey Berry Oolong, for instance, was a refreshing revelation. The blend of honey and berry flavors with the robustness of oolong tea was a perfect pick-me-up. And the Earl Grey Yellow Peach cake? A symphony of flavors in every bite. The moist sponge cake infused with the subtle flavor of Earl Grey, layered with sweet peaches and cream, was a dessert lover’s dream.

But wait, there’s more! Their Salmon Mentai Pizza was a game-changer. Imagine a thin, crispy crust topped with creamy mentai sauce, smoky salmon, and just the right amount of cheese – pure bliss! And for those who love a bit of a crunch, the Truffle Fries, though lacking truffle oil, still hit the spot with their crispy goodness and flavorful sauce.

The prices were surprisingly reasonable, especially considering the quality and portion sizes. It’s clear that Arest Cafe is all about offering value for money, a rare find in today’s cafe culture.

Highly recommend their original canele! I just came back from Japan and had tons of amazing canele there and I would say the original canele here is very comparable to those I had in Shibuya. It’s crispy on the outside with strong burnt caramel taste; while the inside was moist albeit slightly too dense for my liking but not a downside at all. The only minor drawback was that it didn’t have rum in it or at least I couldn’t taste any - could be because they wanna make it available to everyone with different diet restrictions or ages? Matcha canele was good too, tasted more like a matcha dessert than a canele. Houjicha Mochi cake came with interesting texture, it’s crispy on one layer and chewy on the other layer - worth trying for new discovery. Though the taste was on a sweet side and no much houjicha flavour. Americano was ordinary, we ordered both hot and cold americano to pair with the desserts. My husband had an opinion on his hot one as it was warm instead of hot Only 3 ⭐️ for the atmosphere as we came here to chill and did some works but we both found it rather noisy with just 5 small groups of customers. Well-designed cafe in our opinion considers the acoustics and minimizes the use of sound-reflecting furniture with hard surfaces. So if you’re looking for a place with white noise to chill, this place might not be the best for you. Price was above average, we paid RM63 for the desserts and coffee.

Not sure why the review is so high, the coffee is normal and the tiramisu is a scam. It is a normal box cake not tiramisu and the taste not worth the price at all :) Aside to the food, If don’t mine a normal coffee and want a good atmosphere this will be a good place

Very cosy atmosphere, order truffle thin pizza and truffle cabonara and impressed with the taste. Tried their pistachio raspberry cake, outer layer was still okay but the inner layer of raspberry sauce and pistachio flavour is absolutely nice! Recommended for couple to have a nice date and girls talk night. Will definitely visit again.
