We wanted to book a day tour through the website. The PayPal payment button at the end didn't work. We booked the tour a week in advance via WhatsApp. The whole thing was confirmed. The day before, we asked for the exact location and meeting point. Two hours before the tour was due to start, we were told the tour was fully booked and we couldn't go. That's unacceptable. Thank goodness we found another local provider who took us on a tour at short notice!

This place is an absolute disgrace! We booked two places weeks in advance from our home country. We contacted them several times via WhatsApp. Payment via PayPal didn't work, which was a blessing in disguise. On the day of the event, at 8 a.m., the tour was supposed to start at 9 a.m., but the tour was canceled because there was no more space. Pure rip-off - absolutely stay away from it. Absolutely outrageous!

Only guests who have booked can leave a review.
