a month agoCame during a off-peak hour, so the queue wasn't particularly long. Got the food in under 15 minutes from waiting for table -> food. Had a nice chat with the table next to me, and we shared our food! The vegetables make for a great complement to the heavier meats. Claypot rice was delicious. Highly recommend making a stop here!

5 months agoI gave a 2 star because the tofu and their pig stomach soup was decent. The soup was both sweet n savoury. The sweetness didn't taste natural, not sure if sugar was added. The pig stomach was soft n didn't have much smell so another star is for the stomach. The claypot rice was truly disappointing. I don't think they cooked the rice in the claypot that was served to our table. There was some charred rice at the bottom but the sides were not. I've had claypot rice that cooked the raw rice in the claypot itself and the sides of the pot had all the rice nicely charred too. The rice didn't have the aroma that comes from the intense fire during the cooking process. Sembawang claypot rice n Smith Street food center in SG serves way better claypot rice than this. Another downside is that there were small pcs of chicken bones in the rice which makes eating very painful and tedious.
